Overview

Launched in the Spring of 1970, the DBS V8 was the last car produced under Sir David Brown's ownership of Aston Martin, and joined the DB6 Mk2 in Aston Martin's model line up. At the time, this was one of the fastest production cars in the world, producing between 310 and 320 bhp and capable of a 0-60 mph time of 5.9 seconds and a top speed of close to 160 mph. Only 402 DBS V8s were ever produced, with this example benefiting from a full nut and bolt restoration in its original colour of Bahama Yellow, the same colour as the DBS V8 seen in the 1971 TV show 'The Persuaders' starring Roger Moore. Only 11 DBS V8s were produced in this colour. This is a truly stunning example which presents in as-new condition and has to be seen to be believed.
