Celebrating 50 years since the original Abarth 595 was unveiled at the Turin Motor Show in 1963, the 595 50th Anniversario was created as a fitting tribute to one of the most important models in the marque’s history. Limited to just 299 examples worldwide, only 50 of which were supplied to the UK, it reimagined the original car’s unmistakable white and red colour scheme, historic badging and racing-inspired character.
At its launch in 2014, the 50th Anniversario was the most powerful 595 ever produced, with 180bhp from its 1.4-litre turbocharged engine, a Record Monza exhaust and Brembo brakes. A modern interpretation of the original’s giant-killing spirit, it perfectly captures the philosophy that made Abarth famous.
Finished in Bianco Iridato three-layer matte paint, this particularly special example has covered just 4,000 miles from new in the hands of a single owner, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most distinctive and significant modern Abarths.
